Michael Wagstaff - CEO Kentucky Operations and Chairman of the Board
Michael served in several previous roles at Wagstaff before being named CEO of Kentucky Operations. Those included Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager, and 10 years as Area Sales Manager for Eastern USA. In 2002, Michael moved to Northern Kentucky from Spokane to rejuvenate Wagstaff’s satellite manufacturing operations there. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and later, in 2009, earned his MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
Barbara Wagstaff Parkes, President
Barbara Wagstaff Parkes began her career at Wagstaff in the drafting department as a young intern learning the intricacies of CNC machine programming. From there, through education and experience, she worked her way through a number of positions requiring increasing responsibility and authority. Prior to being named President, Barbara was instrumental in finance and board leadership for over 10 years, while also serving as head of the Payroll department.
Kevin Person, CEO-Spokane Operations
Kevin has been with Wagstaff since 1998, serving in three roles, Applications Engineering Manager, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Kevin worked for Kaiser Aluminum for 21 years in a variety of engineering and managerial roles.
Mike Niccolls, Director-Wagstaff AT
Mike began his Wagstaff, Inc. career in 1990 working in Latin American sales. He later managed the Inside Sales/Applications Engineering group before spending two years in Wagstaff's Research department. After the stint in Research, Mike was named sales manager of Wagstaff Applied Technologies, and now serves as director. He has a BA in marketing, and an MBA, from Eastern Washington University.
Courtney Johnson, P.E., Engineering Manager-Wagstaff AT
Courtney has 21 years experience with Wagstaff, 10 as Wagstaff AT Engineering Manager. He has over 28 years of automated machine design experience primarily in hazardous environments, such as nuclear decommissioning, steel roll forming, high speed material handling, direct chill casting, and molten metal refining. He has 18 years experience in project management, and he has managed mechanical/electrical design, analysis, procurement, and testing of remotely operated equipment for commercial hazardous environments and nuclear decontamination/decommissioning environments.
Denis McLaughlin, Quality Assurance Program Manager-Wagstaff AT
Denis has 39 years of military and civilian experience in the development, implementation, maintenance, and assessment of activities relating to Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Personnel/Equipment Safety, including 19 years with Wagstaff. He has practical experience in program application and compliance relative to ASME-NQA-1, DOD, and DOE regulatory requirements for high and low level radioactive programs and facilities and US NRC 10 CFR Parts 71 and 72 packaging projects. Mr McLaughlin is currently Wagstaff AT’s QA Program Manager.
Bob Stroh, Technical Sales
Bob Stroh has worked at Wagstaff for nearly four decades, filling various positions in manufacturing, customer service and now technical sales. His ambition, honesty and hard work at each career move have provided him the experience to be successful at each milestone. Bob has worked in the Applied Technologies division of Wagstaff for almost nine years as their Technical Sales representative for the hydropower industry.
Dan Payne, Area Sales Manager
Dan joined Wagstaff Applied Technologies in April 2013. He is a career sales professional with a unique background and education in English, especially technical writing. Dan is a member of the American Glovebox Society Standards and Practices Committee.
