Wagstaff Billet Casting Systems are engineered and custom manufactured to the aluminum producer's needs.  A system can house from 2 to 140 strands and can be optimized to cast a variety of alloys.  Systems are designed to utilize the available footprint by configuring the table to the maximum number of strands.The Wagstaff ShurStartTM Starting Head Base is available in several styles depending on platen size and pit configuration.
